Latest update for the residency permit law in Turkey 2023
- The law for obtaining residencypermit in Turkey was updated on 10/16/2023 :
The Turkish Immigration Department issued new conditions for people wishing to obtain
real estate residency from foreign nationalities, as the basic condition in the past was that the value of the property
in major cities be (75,000) US dollars and in smaller cities (50,000) US dollars.
-However, on October 16, 2023, the minimum property price was raised to (200,000) US dollars in all Turkish cities
-This decision does not include property owners that were owned before the date of 16.10.2023
